Teams come from all over to compete in this two day event! Teams can show off their cooking talent in front of thousands of hungry BBQ fans in these categories: Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken, Jackpot Chili, Jackpot Beans, and Jackpot Dutch Oven Cobbler. Don't forget the decorations! Trophies will be given for 1st place and 2nd place showmanship!
